Trouble

For this week's Illustration Friday I thought long and hard about what
to draw! Then inspiration came from my crazy but very loveable cat!!

Mask

I've gone for the simplistic approach this week with

this cute little illustration for Mask. Sometimes I feel

like less is more! Also it made me think about the masks 

we put on in life to protect ourselves or cover up our 

true feelings. A bit deep for a Sunday afternoon! :)

Ive finally found a place for all the children's pictures
and drawings that I am given. I treasure every one and they

just love the work of Emily Gravett and Gwen Millward!
Check out their websites and charming storybooks!

I especially love Gravett's Monkey and Me and Millward's
The Bog Baby.

End of Term!

It is now the end of term and I have to
say I do miss the kids! Thought I would show
you a drawing Ollie (age 6) made for me! :)

Very accurate I think!! (even down to the detail
on my t-shirt!)
